We've just taken down our very old site and are in the process of building a new one, so in the meantime if you want to see some of our work please feel free to contact the studio for a sample folio or keep coming back here to the blog to see out latest posts.
Round here we like our Exhibtions and Arts Festivals, even if they are held by in the southern state…. The lead up to the Melbourne Arts Festival was no different, it had some of us in the studio getting quite excited, maybe it was the chance to get out of the studio, maybe its just because we love the Arts that much, but it probably didn't help when one of the featured artists is your long time idol, Patti Smith.
The long time Punk goddess, poet, painter and photographer shared some of her thoughts and experiences as a part of the festival, through a series' of performances, a photographic exhibition and co-presentation of Steven Sebrings documentary of her life, which was apparently shot over and 11-year period.
The WOW factor didn't stop there when one of us was fortunate enough to literally run in-to the artist as she meandered down Flinders lane, followed by a moving performance at Hammer Hall. The festival is on until the 25th of October, so if you can go and check the rest it out.
